Selon une étude Deloitte, les salariés issus de la génération Y souhaiteraient passer dans l’idéal 4,6 heures par semaine à échanger autour de nouvelles idées et façons de travailler et 4,5 heures à développer des compétences managériales. Mais le temps consacré à ces activités est respectivement de 3,3 heures et de 2,7 heures.
